Girl Power is back with a vengeance after millions of Tik Tok users have used SZA’s ‘Kill Bill’ song to accompany their videos.

The song is a clever reference to Quentin Tarantino’s 2003 classic movie. The ‘Drivin’ lyric implies that SZA is upset and resentful to her ex as he has moved on in a new relationship.

She is angry that she is no longer in control of navigating her feelings in the relationship.

“Hate to see you happy if I’m not the one drivin”

The main character in the Tarantino movie ‘Uma Thurman’ is praised for her maturity and SZAs’ lyric seems like a direct reference to the movie.

“I’m so mature, I got me a therapist to tell me there’s other men”

Rather than using social media or dating apps, SZA is using a therapist to help with her homicidal fantasies about her ex and his new partner.
